TERMS AND VALIDATION

1. Essential registration procedures 

Step 1:

Registration → 

Submission of the participation request.

Step 2: 

One-to-One Interview →

 An individual interview with Nawel Dghim is essential to evaluate and confirm the application. 

Step 3: 

Validation →

 Formal confirmation of participation by the ISTYA team. 

Step 1: 

Sending the program and terms and conditions → 

Transmission of official documents to the participant. 

Step 5:

 Payment → 

Deposit payment followed by the balance according to the established deadlines.

2. Booking & Verification:

- The registration is confirmed only upon receipt of to 100% of training fee.

- Deadline of paiement and registration 7th Junanry 2026 after this date any request will be trated as eceptions with the validation of the trainer.

3. Participant Cancellation Policy: 

- Cancellation made more than one month prior to the training date will result in the retention of 80% of the total amount.

-  Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the training will not qualify for a refund.

4. Dedication of Trainers and Experts:

ISTYA AESTHETIC is dedicated to engaging trainers and experts to ensure the scientific and educational integrity of each training cycle in Tunisia or on International.

5. Distribution of Certificates:

Electronic Certificates of participation are granted solely upon Validation by the trainer and the ISTYA team.

6. Non attendance on D-Day:

Any absence on the day of training, regardless of the reason, will be regarded as a cancellation without refund.

7. Image Rights and Digitalization:

-  ISTYA retains the right to capture photographs and videos during training bootcamp, which may be utilized on ISTYA's digital media platforms and trainer accounts.

-  Participants may be filmed providing spontaneous testimonies.

-  Participants may also choose to record a professional testimony under the supervision of the ISTYA team, should they wish to do so.

-  ISTYA offers official digital training assistance to each participant to enhance learning and revision.

8. Adherence to specific requests:

ISTYA is dedicated to accommodating the specific requests of participants, including digital confidentiality and dietary requirements during training sessions, among others.

9. Confidentiality:

-  Participants commit to maintaining confidentiality concerning the simulation tools, teaching materials, methods, and content utilized during the training.

-  Information pertaining to session and program pricing is likewise confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without ISTYA's consent.

10. Payment Options:

- Bank transfer.

-  An invoice or payment certificate will be generated for each transaction.
