Malek Ben Salem
Responsable Relations & Communication
At the heart of the growth strategy of ISTYA Aesthetic, Ms. Malek leads the brand image, digital marketing, and candidate journey management.
With a keen understanding of the needs of practitioners seeking clinical improvement, she supports each physician from their first contact to their integration into our training programs.
Her vision: to make ISTYA's pedagogical engineering shine on a national and international scale while ensuring personalized and rigorous follow-up for each colleague.
Nefaa Dghim
Head of Information Systems & IT
As the guarantor of the performance and security of our IT tools, Mr Nefaa oversees the technical infrastructure and back-office of ISTYA Aesthetic.
His role is to ensure the smooth operation of systems, data protection, and the proper functioning of our digital platforms to provide a seamless experience for our team and our learners.
Ines Skhiri
Digital Project Manager & Content Manager
In charge of ISTYA's web ecosystem, Ines combines technical and editorial skills to optimize the brand's online presence.
From restructuring the website to developing the SEO content strategy, she transforms the clinical vision of the company into a high-performing and engaging digital platform.
